“Was nice to have the pass. We went in the fast line to the cable car got a wrist band which go us into the reserve and the cave. We walked down to the town. The 10 bus was easy to find from the cruise port we just showed the driver our ticket and he gave us a return ticket… the day was nice… but the weather could have been better. A little foggy on top.”

“Obtaining the overall pass was great. The primary issue was with the transportation that we thought were included. The bus and taxi drivers were unwilling to accept the Viator pass according to them the pass not valid for any transportation. The drivers were only available for tours. Our only option was to walk to our destination or pay the fare for a bus pass. Totally unacceptable by the operator’s. Beautiful scenery but sadly lacking in customer service. Clearly only wanted tours since the cruise ship was in.”

“I booked this experience for my dad and nephew while my other nephew and I took the cable car to the top of the Rock. My dad and nephew were at the meeting point in Casemates Square in plenty of time but could not find the tour guide. They asked several local people, but they never found the group and guide. So they did not do the tour. Sad.”
